Hello, my name is Erin Poepping, I am a part of the Exceptional Student Education here at South Pointe and currently teaching the Unique Pathways 2 self-contained classroom. I’m from Lino Lakes, MN and attended East Carolina University where I obtained my bachelor’s in Special Education- Adapted Curriculum (2021). I then attended the University of South Florida where I obtained a minor in Behavioral Healthcare (2022). I played college softball at both Universities. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, painting, reading books, and playing with my dog Daisy. I am very excited to be a part of the Stallion family.
